Research any Norwegian company in one place

Short answer
Propler gathers what public sources say about a Norwegian company on one free page: register facts from Enhetsregisteret, board and CEO, connections, the latest annual accounts, property at the address, open job ads and announced tenders. Search by name or organisation number without logging in. It covers Norway only and shows public company data, not personal contact details or credit ratings.
The problem: company information is spread across many sources
To understand a Norwegian company properly you would normally visit several places. Enhetsregisteret at Brønnøysundregistrene has the basic facts: organisation number, legal form, address, industry code, status and roles. Regnskapsregisteret holds the annual accounts. Job ads are on NAV's arbeidsplassen.no and the company's own career pages. Public tenders are in TED and Doffin. Property information is with Kartverket. Each source is public, but piecing them together for every company you look at takes time.
Company research in Propler means one search and one page with the essentials, each with its source.
What a company page shows
Search by name or organisation number in the free company search. Each company page includes:
- Register facts from Enhetsregisteret: name, organisation number, legal form, industry, address, municipality, registration date, employee count and status.
- Roles: board members and CEO, as registered.
- Connections to other companies through shared roles.
- Accounts and key figures from the latest annual accounts in Regnskapsregisteret, where Brønnøysund has them.
- Property: the business address matched to land and title numbers (gnr./bnr.) via Kartverket and Geonorge. The owner is looked up on Kartverket's site and not shown by Propler.
- Open job ads from NAV's arbeidsplassen.no feed and the company's own career page or recruitment system.
- Tenders the company has announced, from TED (EU public tenders with a Norwegian buyer), as well as assignments from Bundl AS.
Company pages are free and need no login.
Use cases
The examples are hypothetical.
Preparing for a sales meeting
A sales manager has a meeting tomorrow with a logistics company in Drammen. In five minutes on the company page she sees who the CEO and board are, the revenue and result in the latest accounts, that the company has three open job ads for warehouse staff, and that it announced a tender for transport services last year. She walks into the meeting with relevant questions instead of generic ones.
Checking a counterparty before an agreement
A consultancy is about to invoice a new client for the first time. It looks up the organisation number to confirm the legal name and address for the invoice, that the status is active, and who sits on the board and serves as CEO. If something looks off, such as a very recent registration or no accounts, it asks for a deposit.
Following a company over time
An investor following a handful of growth companies in Vestland adds them to monitoring. When a company changes municipality, reports a new employee count or files a new year of accounts, the investor is notified and can open the company page to see what changed.

- Free without login: company search and company pages.

Limitations
- Accounts are not available for all companies. Limited companies must submit annual accounts, but sole proprietorships only above certain size thresholds. New companies will not have accounts until their first year is filed.
- Latest accounts only. Propler shows the latest annual accounts available from Regnskapsregisteret's open data, not a long history.
- Register data can be out of date. Employee counts and industry codes depend on what companies report.
- No credit ratings or payment remarks. Use a credit information provider for that.
- No reviews. A reputation tab exists, but customer reviews are not available yet.
- No personal data beyond registered roles. Propler does not collect personal contact details. Board and CEO names are shown as registered in Enhetsregisteret.
- Doffin is not connected yet. Tenders published only on Doffin, Norway's national notice database, are not shown today.
Where the data comes from
Enhetsregisteret is published by Brønnøysundregistrene as open data under the Norwegian Licence for Open Government Data (NLOD). Annual accounts in Regnskapsregisteret are public. Job ads come from NAV's public job feed, whose terms allow reuse. TED is the online supplement to the EU's Official Journal for public procurement notices. Propler refreshes its copy of Enhetsregisteret nightly.
