Who is responsible

Propler.ai is owned and operated by Bundl AS (org. no. 933 924 351). Send privacy questions to hei@bundl.no.

When you have an account

We store your e-mail address and your login (the password is stored encrypted, or you sign in with Google).

We store the companies you save or monitor, your alerts and how many credits and searches you have used, so your plan is counted correctly.

Without an account

We store no account. To prevent misuse we count visits per IP address for a short while, and only as an encrypted code, never the address itself.

AI search

The text you type in the search box is sent to the AI provider Anthropic to be interpreted. The answer is kept for a while to save time and cost, without being linked to you.

When you are signed in, we also keep your searches and the companies you were shown under "My AI searches", so you can find them again. Only you can see them, and you can remove them there at any time.

If you use the microphone, speech recognition is done by your browser (in Chrome and Edge by Google, in Safari by Apple). The audio does not pass through Propler; only the text ends up in the search box.

Do not type personal data in the search box.

Companies and people in the registers

Company information comes from public registers, mainly the Brønnøysund Register Centre. For roles such as general manager and board we show the name and birth year, never the full date of birth.

To assess companies, the AI agent also reads the companies' own public websites (what they offer, whom they sell to). It follows robots.txt, and we do not extract personal data from the pages.

If something is wrong, or you object to it being shown, contact us.

Where data is stored

The database is hosted by Supabase in the EU (Ireland). The website runs on Vercel (Stockholm). AI interpretation is done by Anthropic (USA).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction and deletion, and object to the processing. Write to hei@bundl.no. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
